Dear HEO colleague,

As the cartoon that accompanies this email shows, it is important that our HEO voices be heard as part of a strong, UNITED union.  Unlike our opponents, who mislabel themselves HEOs United [sic], the New Caucus has a very different sense of what "united" means. Strength in unity for the New Caucus means representing the full range of the HEO constituency -- all twenty CUNY campuses. New Caucus has won many gains for HEOs because ALL members of the union -- faculty and CLTs as well as HEOs -- have fought for them. That’s unity.

Unlike our opponents, we have a real record of accomplishment based on that unity (a record you can read here)

Send us to the negotiating table this year with the strong message that HEOs stand behind our bargaining team.

Reject Fred Brodzinsky's negative message of division that only divides and disempowers HEOs.
